1.   Cancellation Announcement on the Itemsof the Administration Exami­nation and Approval Items by the Shenyang Municipal Government

In order to further transform government func­tions and create a better development environ­ment, the Shenyang Municipal Government have carried out a reevaluation on the 301 items on the administrative examination and approval items list and decided to cancel 17 items of them (including 7 items that require administrative ex­amination and approval. 5 items that require ini­tial administrative examination and approval and 5 items that require to be filed), 21 sub-items related to 8 items that require administrative ex­amination and approval, and left one that used to be an item for initial administrative examina­tion and approval to be an item for filing only. The municipal government hereby makes the following announcement regarding the admin­istrative examination and approval items (initial and filing) that are canceled:
